Take glue sticks from one of those hot glue guns.
Gently with a lighter melt it, and let it drip onto whatever you want. Takes time to practice the right amount so it drys as it falls.

Or use Enamel varnish. Take about a teaspoon of it, and let sit in the open air for about an hour. Then take the half dried varnish which is like moosh by then and let it drip where ever.

I dunno a clear brand... the stuff I use dries white.

I've seen clear casting resin at Hobby Lobby and Michael's - It costs like $15-20 for a container...

I'm designing a new base for a couple of my Conan figures and want to make icicles hanging from a ledge. Kind of like this:

Anyone know of a material that will appear icy? I could sculpt it with Sculpey and paint it white but I'm hoping to make it transparent. Any help would be appreciated. [img]smile.gif[/img]
